His Excellency Mr. Akira KONO, Ambassador of Japan to Algeria; Mrs. Salima SOUAKRI, Director of Development and Member of the Executive Committee of the International Judo Federation; Mr. Kheireddine BARBARI, Representative of the Algerian Olympic Committee; Colonel Khemissat DJAMEL, Representative of Military Sport were all present to mark the event.

In his welcome speech, Mr. Ababacar NGOM, representative of the President of the UAJ praised the efforts of the Algerian Judo Federation for a harmonious development of Algerian Judo which is among the most progressing on the continent. He also thanked the Algerian Government for all the support and support it continues to provide to African and world judo. Present for this occasion, Mr. Kheireddine BARBARI, Representative of the Algerian Olympic Committee, expressed his permanent support for judo. Mr. Yacine SILINI, President of the Algerian Judo Federation, thanked the African Judo Union, the Ministry of Sports of Algeria and the Algerian Olympic Committee for the support they have always given to the Algerian Judo Federation.
